Ivy
Brunskill
Ivy is a graduate of Western Washington University,
with degrees in Political Science and German (B.S. 1984). She also has a degree in
Law from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University) and
has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1992.
Ivy began her career in real estate in 1986, working for a prominent regional lender.
As a result, Ivy has broad-based experience in most aspects of mortgage lending.
That experience was enhanced by her study of law. In 1994, Ivy targeted Escrow as
the field where she could most effectively put her real estate experience and legal
education to work for her clients. She joined Ballard Escrow in February of 1997.
