Gregory J. Lawless
Greg graduated from Washington State University
with a degree in Economics in 1975 and then went on to obtain his law degree from
the University of Washington in 1978. Greg began his legal career as a litigator,
focusing on real estate law. He moved his practice to Ballard in 1981 and continued
to build his practice focusing on the transactional side of real estate law. Greg
has handled countless numbers of real estate transactions involving both commercial
and residential properties as well as business sales transactions. He offers real
estate expertise as a closer, a negotiator and a litigator.
