Ray
Elmer graduated summa cum laude from the University
of Tennessee, Martin, with a B.A. in Political science. He earned his degree in law
from the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association (98),
the Mississippi Bar Association (00), and the Washington State Bar Association (01).
Elmer began his career in real estate in 1998 at the law firm of Kirland,
Rothman-Banning & Associates PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee where
he specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Clients ranged form first time homebuyers to commercial developers.
He moved to Seattle and began working with Ballard Escrow in 2002.
