Danette M. Johnson
Danette is a licensed Escrow
Officer. She is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree
in Business Administration. She has worked in the escrow field since
1977. She has broad-based experience in the closing of commercial
and residential real estate transactions, as well as business opportunity
transactions. She is familiar with a variety of financing alternatives
including seller financing; institutional financing in the form of
FHA, VA and Conventional loans; as well as financing through loans
from the Small Business Administration. She is also experienced in
working with I.R.C. Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. She is well-versed
in working with realtors, title companies, and lending institutions,
and has expertise in mediating difficult and complex transactions.
